Terms and Conditions

• I make every individual piece to order.
• Payment needs to be made before any item is created/delivered.
• Images are for illustration only.  All items are unique and individual. Colours may vary.
• It is your responsibility to measure correctly and provide your correct size when ordering a ring. I will make the ring in the size you have requested.
• I make every piece individually by hand, air bubbles and shaping lines may be present.

               Machines are not used in the making of any jewellery.

• Jewellery that have crystals/cubic zirconia stones included within the design are advised as occasion wear and not recommended for everyday wear.   The risk of loss of crystals/stones from your piece of jewellery if worn everyday will be higher.  Thus it is advised as occasion wear and not for everyday wear.
• Shades and colours may vary.  Although I aim to create the colour you ask for,  Shades and colours may vary due to the nature of the materials used.
• Silver and gold are soft metals and will mark and scratch with general use.  It is the purchaser's responsibility to take care of the jewellery. 
• Jewellery with an inclusion need to be taken extra care with, the inclusion can be damaged if submerged in water, in contact with cleaning products, abrasives etc.

               left in in direct sunlight for long periods of time, sprayed with perfume, deodorant,

               hair spray, tanning products, cosmetic products.              

               It is the customers responsibility to take care of the item purchased, to read and adhere to                                  

               the care instructions.

               Delivery

• Delivery time can vary -  made to order pieces can take up to 12 weeks sometimes longer, depending on my workload and supply lead times.  
• Refunds are not made once the order is placed, due to all orders being personalised.

               Returns

• Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of you receiving the item.  
• It is the customers responsibility to pay any postage/delivery charges incurred to return the item for inspection.  
• Spirit and Soul take no responsibility for the wear and tear of your purchase once it has left the premises.

               Customised items ie: engraved, made to order, altered, are non refundable.

• No refunds are given once payment is made.
